Fading Reflectionsby parrotheadComment by kearock: I'd actually find this more interesting without the nudity. Her expression is very interesting and could make for a good emotive image, but the nudity distracts from that. (I have nothing against nude photography, I just don't that's the interesting part of the subject here.) |

Fading Reflectionsby parrotheadComment by Skip: what an interesting image. this is quite a capture, and i certainly hope it is getting the attention it deserves, and not getting overlooked in this huge challenge. her expression is just perfect. it grabs your attention, and lets you slowly ease into the rest of this remarkable composition. i doubt that any score here will truly do this image justice. thanks for sharing. good luck with this and the challenges yet to come. keep up the good work! |

Fading Reflectionsby parrotheadComment by GolferDDS: I am not opposed to nudity but this is a very attractive woman however the reflection of her torso is not flattering. I believe it makes her look heavier and less shapely than she really is. I would have cropped the picture below the neck. Her eyes and expression say it all. |

Fading Reflectionsby parrotheadComment by bpickard: The way this loaded, I just the saw the face and the window: all seemed to fit with the title. A thoughtful kind of picture. So I don't understand what purpose the nudity has here..what it adds to the mood. |

Fading Reflectionsby parrotheadComment by riotspyne: I think this is a nice shot. When I see her at the window like this it makes you feel like she just threw the shirt on from doing whatever it is that she was doing and walked over to the window to look at the rain. The pose is what throws me. I think it looks forced. If it was a lttle more subtle, possibly with the shirt closed a little more and her fingers closer together it would be a little more appealing to me. Standing there smoking a cigarette would be cool too, although I would not promote that. :) Just my thoughts here. All in all it is a nice shot and I am giving it an 8 |

Fading Reflectionsby parrotheadComment by rscorp: Returning to comment..
Very flattering light on your model, I think it looks good. Nice catch light in her eye. She has a very comfortable and relaxed look on her face. The only thing I don't like about the photo is some of the busy elements outside the window. They are a bit of a distraction. Overall a great effort. |
