The leather and old school t.v. are a nice touch... I just find this to be an interesting shot... I wish my prom date dressed like that, gas mask and all... That woulda been a story for the Grandkids... I digress... Great shot!

Eerie, odd, and very effective. Especially love the wild-eyed horse.

This is by far one of the most unique photographs I've seen in a long time. The viewer has a chance to see this in a couple of ways. My first thought was that the subject (or you) is allergic to flowers. But my eye went to the TV first and continued to do so. After thinking and digger deeper, I'm guessing the subject (or you) is allergic to television.

Your tones really make this pop for me. It has a WW2 type feel. Like something you would see on a billboard. The placment of the subjects is great and conveys your title well. If it's ok, the only thing I might suggest about the photo it a bit more back lighting to avoid the shadow behind her. As ann example, the TV shows no shadow other than the legs of the stool. Please don't take that as a bad thing.

Excellent photo, so worthy of this challenge and really hope you get a high finish. This is a comment only due to not being a full member. If I was, you would have recieved a 10.

Excellent concept. The shadow is the dominant feature of the photo. I could do with less contrast, though. Now the arm, the neck and the horse head are competing with the shadow. The shaow is so black, there's nothing left in the lower left corner, least of all mystery. I am looking forward to the next version.

I think the horses head should have been shadowed on the wall along with the gasmasked model.

Wow! Are we back in the early years of the cold war with that television set? Is the model nurturing a bit of life in the midst of bleakness? Very nice.
