Detoxification by PaulComment by ubique: Beautiful photograph though I think the gas mask is a Bridge Too Far, in spite of the titular statement of your intent. Yes I do 'get it', but for me it detracts from the purity of what you had here. Remember though, I am pretty old, so I saw all this jarring juxtaposition stuff 40-odd years ago. But back in those days it very often covered up a lack of substance and skill. Whereas you have plenty of both. Nevertheless, it's your picture & not mine, and it's still very good indeed. 8. Detoxification by PaulComment by daisydavid: Maybe seen that mask b4 ;) like the slight sepia toning, good use of a hard lighting situation esp to tone up the body, maybe u put a light in there. Not a big fan of the masks myself, I would have used the real face but that's me. Good framing, though a tad more space on the right side would be good. Thanks for the effort, appreciated. |
