You have Posthumous below, putting forth a stunning anti- DNMC argument so I need not say more on that subject. But just so you know, shots like these are appreciated, as we all know you have the skill to come up with a ribbon by embracing the challenge in an outwardly literal sense, pandering to the masses, but you didn't, and for that, the shot means so much more. |

Of course she was charming, the perfect hostess, but I saw her for one moment forget all that, remembering instead some past Christmas, perhaps the one for which she had bought those silly little lights. Her eye succumbed to a tear without ever letting it go. And then instantly she turned to me and asked to refill my wine. |
