Free fall by PaulComment by posthumous: I don't know what this is, which makes it hard to vote on. The silhouette is very realistic. the proportions and perspective are accurate. It looks like a shape cut out of a cloth. If an artist made this and hung it on a wall, they deserve probably most of the credit, although I do like the capture, with how you cropped it and the blur on the right.
If I just look at it as art, I would say it reminds me of Narcissus, but instead of falling into a lake because he's looking at his own reflection, he falls because he is looking at his phone and not looking where he's going.
Actually now that I look at this more, maybe it is a reflection in water and the image was inverted in some way. Okay, I inverted it and that's totally what this is. I love this. It's funny and transformative and disorienting. 10 |

No texture overlay applied, but there was some exaggeration of the tonal range that has produced that effect. All edited on the phone so difficult to control with masks and such. |
