Because of the lighting I find that the girls right leg looks very odd and unflattering. Almost as if her leg was amputated and she is displaying the remaining stump.

Not 7x7 or 7+7, no just 7.
Difficult to say what the main subject here is, is it the window frame? If it is there is 1 window frame divided into 49 individual panes not 7. Or are the buildings the main subject? or the construction cranes? or the cars? hey, there are 7 cars by the way but I guess you could hardly call them the main subject.
