MT-G5by JokersSoulComment: I will have to agree with some of the others...it has to much processing...when it comes up the mountain to me looks drawn or placed there...rather than real looking...I hate to say it but I think you should do a re-edit (it gets faster each time you do it...I know...) did you do a NI...or noise reducer? It's not on the list...but to me it has the plastic look on the mountain...But I really do think this is the picture to go with....one more thing it could be the double curves...(not sure...) |

MT-G2by JokersSoulComment: this is the shot to go for...but can you put the last border on it...that's the one that I like best...really compliments the picture another border that would compliment this the most is a thin white line on the top and bottom with the thicker black...they have name for it but I can't remember it right now... |

kita.jpgby mbrutus2009Comment: couple of things to remember...the wall (block one) doesn't add to this, love the brick but not the block....you want something very pleasing in the BG IMO (I think you were talking about a tree???) by using a low f-stop (It will give you a very beautiful bokeh background....BUT by doing that you will loose detail in the foreground...so be careful of that)...take some test shots before hand...just to see the difference you get in a high f-stop vs a low one....
and I would turn her shoulders just a touch...it engages people when the body is towards them IMO
what would happen if you were on a small ladder/stepping stool? More above her...
Now all that being said...bear in mind that taking pictures of people...well let's just say I'm not good at it...but I can tell you what appeals to me. I have to be engaged/drawn into the picture by the model |
