Oh, how I love waterfalls. Nice slow exposure. A bit more contrast could make the rocks richer. Have you ever used High Pass Filter? Applied to various rocks on several layers could add more of a 3D feel to this....just a suggestion

Your sky is what's making this miss the mark...but sometime we just can't do anything about the sky now can we. A bit more of a tilt would have eliminated the little odd spaces on the lower left side. Nothing really seems to be in total sharp focus

Good colors, possibly a bit more contrast a little grainy in the sky for me. With just a bit more cropping on the left the corner of your building would be coming straight out of it....still overall a good picture.
