For me, you've missed both aspects of the challenge theme here. You've frozen the motion, and you haven't really presented any real aspect of Abstract.

Although the sense of motion is very muted here, there is something about this shot that really grabs the attention. It is almost ethereal, ghostly.

Nice use of zoom blur, but the presentation remains a little static in my eyes. I don't really get a while lot of a sense of motion in this.
