Brilliant colors, energy, and a strong abstract sense, but the motion isn't entirely evident. Whatever motion was used to this result was rendered static in the final work, IMO.

The motion, to me, may be a little too subtle for this challenge, and the abstract is next to non-existent outside of a very conceptual basis.

Conceptually abstract, if not entirely visually, but the sense of motion conveyed by the longer shutter speed isn't really all that strong for me. It's shaky, but I really don't get the sense that either the object with the point of view is moving, or the objects around it are moving. 'jittery', to me, isn't really 'motion'.

While I know that the light that created this had to have been in motion, the scene itself is very static and doesn't convey that motion to me, the viewer.

While it does contain a zoom blur, it doesn't really convey 'motion' to me as much as it does a simple static scene being stretched. While that would certainly mean that the photograph itself is 'in motion' in a sense, the scene still plays out as static and unmoving.
