Great catch, Roz! I just used a fisheye today next to an aquarium to catch the mom and baby boy. This is great in b/w.

This is a brilliant shot! The lighting, the processing, it could be something from the '50s! I love the glow on her skin, and how the light seems to emanate from her, and the mother is on the sidelines. Great!

Seeing trees felled also breaks my heart, Judy. While we don't get hurricanes or tornadoes to rip stuff out of the ground, occasionally we get really freakish gusts, and some trees can't take it. This shot made my heart cringe.

On a separate note, yaaaaay for phone cameras!

What is it about columns and shadows that is so appealing to photograph? Wonderful symmetry and lines. And the two people add a sense of mystery. Do they know each other. Did she just secretly pass him top secret documents or a dirty note for a secret rendez vous?

I'm watching waaay too much tv...
