I've tried motion pan with bikes before and found that it is tricky to get a sharp image with the blurred background. But you've done well with this in your image. The composition works alright - you've given her room on the front side to move into, so well done with that. The lighting does seem overexposed, but it is likely this is because of the longer exposure in the sunlight. Overall - a good candid capture that meets the challenge, but doesn't have the "wow factor" that will cause images to score highly.
