Is your title implying that you are capsized since the image is tilted sideways? Or that humanity is capsized cause it looks grey and dead?
Don't like how the HDR treatment of this turned out - looks kind of washed out.

Lighting - stunning.
Composition - Unusual but striking.
Tonal values - high contrast, yet spot on.
Post processing - overdone IMO (plastic looking), but that is how DPC likes it.
Content: What is that look? Waiting for someone? Waiting for instructions? Just posing? The look doesn't really grab my attention as much as I would like.

Overall: excellent.

Interesting cause this is an unusual scene for this audience, but what is happening in the scene isn't interesting. Perhaps try capturing it from a different angle - high up or low down, to make the composition more interesting.

Looks like you've cropped in tight on this image to get closer to this majestic bird. Which is a good idea, but the artifacting in the water makes it seem like a low resolution image. Nice composition though.
