Cafe- Day 17by Brent_SComment: No HDR for this one. I tried it and it just looked flatter than a single exposure. I am finding the new HDR feature pretty amazing though for preventing a blown sky under certain circumstances.
I'll probably post this place again at DPC when I can use my big camera for a topic- it's pretty swanky ;) |

Cactus Flowerby GermaineComment: Emphasizes the cactus flower very well. I don't mind the false film along the edge here much as it is mostly unobtrusive. I have noticed that when I try to use it myself it often stamps over top of the subject too much- maybe best when the crop isn't tight. |

I like the look of the film used with the Hipstamatic, but I'm not too sure about the simulated blur that lens choice adds for a static shot like this- maybe okay for a vintage style action shot. |
