I'm guessing this is an HDR shot? If so needs to be a little more subtle, the lighting effect insn't consistent through the photo.

Interesting concept, the tower is well positioned. The sky's over exposed and has lost detail, the foreground could be sharper, though I like the sense of movement below the hedge
