Gourmet Garbageby KarenNfldComment: Very creative use of garbage. I like the colour of the background, I especially like the little twisted spoon for some reason. Nice and clear, good focus and composition. Highlights are awfully harsh on the knife but otherwise I love this. |

Bad Weatherby ArjComment: Nice colours in the background but this doesn't appear to fit the challenge, there isn't any garbage. At a stretch I would say that maybe the day-glo colours are the work vest of a trash collector but it's not particularly clear if that's the case. Not a high scorer for me I'm afraid. |

Disposable by crowisComment: I like the tones in this, the blues of the stones look nice beside the orange rust. I would have upped the red channel slightly actually to make the contrast between them pop. Good composition and exposure. |

Thrown awayby AlainComment: Very nice; crisp and clear, details on the can are sharp and although it's a teeny bit blown out in places there is still detail in the snow. I like the central composition. This one should rank fairly high, top 10 I'd say. Nice job. |

discarded cauliflower stalkby skewsmeComment: This is a low scorer for me; I know it's basic editing but those black specks are distracting, the image is a bit wishy washy, plus I can't tell what the subject is at all. If it wasn't stated in the title, I'd never guess. |

The Ex-Trash Collector by DennisheckmanComment: Well done on remembering the hat and gloves, haha. I like this idea, nice focus on the garbage too. Not sure I like the lines of shapes surrounding the light but a good take on the challenge overall. |
