Brilliant focus and DOF, fantastic colour too. It's great you caught him on the plain brown plant, it really emphasises that green. It's an unusual crop, with one wing cut in half but I don't think it harms the photo overall.

I'd call it "Nuts". 1) He's trying to get some nuts, 2) you can just imagine him cursing, 'nuts!' when he can't quite get to them and 3) I don't think I need to point it out. ;P

It's so precious. Reminds me of the squirrel-thing from the movie Ice Age, that was so determined and desperate to get that acorn. Great capture!

No problem at all Brian, I'm flattered you've taken some interest in my shots. Your crop is pretty good, I just felt that the blank space behind her really helped emphasise the coldness of the room but maybe the unplugged heater was overkill.
