I would've liked to have seen depth carried at least as far as the back rounds, and the vignette feels a bit unnatural to me.

While you did get DQ'd, I figure I'd tell you that it is possible to pull this off as a single frame, just not with the on camera flash of an s4300 because I don't think you can do multiple flashes for each exposure (I used to own one of the precursors to this camera). If you're ever curious how, PM me.

Definitely agree with Mike- way closer crop. Blow the background detail more with your 85 and focus close. Confusing with the cluttered background objects. The centered comp looks static and awkward.

The legs walking away really makes this one interesting. I saw it in voting but didn't vote on anything, and am not really sure what I'd vote it as, even now. It's unusual, surely, and somewhat provocative. I wonder if one of his legs is longer than the other, considering one platform shoe and the other totally a flat sole. Anyway, interesting shot.

I'd chop a bit off the top and bottom, myself. The busy works for me, because of how insane the environment is, so full of things and distracting. I love the juxtaposition between him and the giant smiley face though, makes it a much more telling portrait than one might initially think.

Congratulations and way to go Jennifer! Great shot- it really does have wonderful light, and the composition with the dresser works great.

As others have said, the carpet/coat combo is great, but I'm just really drawn to the pulling between them. Very well done.

Exceptionally seen. The highlight on the eyes, the shielded face... wonderful capture.

The vignette is a little heavy for my taste, but I like the swoop of the trees over the scene and the descending line of trees from the left. Pulls me nicely into the scene.
