I'm pretty sure this is a spiff shot, but in any case, it's a great capture of a moment of tension. Great reportage style. No vote.

Let's begin with the story ...

The tones on her face appear to be muted, as is her clothing. I would prefer to see the background killed more with an ND and her lit more in order to provide some separation. You also have the brightest part of the photo as an area that was not dodged and doesn't match the rest of the background, so it further draws the attention to the fact that this manipulation was performed while simultaneously distracting from your subject.

A somewhat strange shot. It leaves me wondering. I kinda like it and I kinda dislike it fully at the same time and for the same reasons. Interesting- certainly warrants a decent vote for the degree to which it forced me to stop and consider things.
