Tranquillityby ArnarHComment: Lacking in some contrast in areas, and lacking a true focal point, other than the harsh sun glare.. which works, but if it's your strongest focal point, all you succeed in is blinding your viewer. |

Birth of Beautyby SunnieeComment: I'm not too keen on the B&W conversion.. it seems to be on the right track, you have a lot of really nice mid-tones here, but it's really lacking in the true contrast needed to pop it out.. not enough white whites and black blacks where there should have been. |

Men on Rocksby maxjComment: An interesting capture, and I like the processing for the most part. The OOF horizon line though.. I think it'd have been much better with a full field of depth here.. don't know that lighting conditions would have allowed it though. |

Danica's Officeby RasaiComment: Nice capture, would fit well on the sports page. Nothing hugely spectacular about it though. |

Banzara (Indian Gypsy)by nolockComment: Lighting is a little too harsh here, and the yellow/reddish cast to it could easily be straightened out. Compositionally it is nice, but the expression seems forced. |

Misty Moorby gemeitComment: I like that you've included the rock in the foreground, gives a little more interest to this photo. I find it just a tad dark though. |

Cheers!by debitiptonComment: A pug in a booze glass certainly isn't your usual photo here. I have to wonder if the face wasn't artificially enhanced.. it looks.. odder than usual, even for a pug. Focus seems a little soft, but lighting is great. |

The windows of her soulby coley3Comment: I'm not a fan of this sort of photo. Artificially made up models turn me right off. There are technical issues though, which really hurt this. She's too close to the background, resulting in the unflattering shadow. Skin tones are harsh, focus is off, and I think it'd have been stronger with more of the hair, and less of the body. |

Grumpyby TabbyCatComment: hahaha.. a great expression. Technically, it could use some improvements, (focus and contrast mostly), but great job grabbing his look. |

Connectedby just-marriedComment: I remember seeing this in the forums. A wonderful shot with a great connection between the subjects. Nice capture. |
