Striped redby charalesComment: Nice! I like the stripes across the sun, and the vapor trails make for a nice element as well. One of the better sunset shots in the challenge. (Although I would have cropped out the crop sprinkler) |

A Walk on the Coastby bcobleComment: Not a bad photo, but suffers from being a little too dark and monochromatic (not always a bad thing, but for this photo it doesn't work, IMO). |

holidazeby thehitterComment: Wonderful! One of the most creative shots I've seen in the challenge yet, and very nicely presented. I'd rather *not* have the sign there, but other than that.. fantastic. |

Rapids in the Woodsby JEFFJSBComment: With a better vantage point and stronger composition (always try to work with leading lines in a landscape), you might have had something here. This isn't a bad photo, but it's just not very interesting either. |

Camellia (Christmas Rose)by MattOComment: Nice maco with some good color. I'm not sure that this amount of shallow DOF works as well as having more of the stamens (or whatever), but I like it as is too. |

Paradise after the Rainby MinstrelComment: A little static and uninteresting. You don't really have a great focal point (the stump notwithstanding), colors and lighting are a little dull, and I don't really feel "paradise" so much. |

Darling, Don't Ever Changeby lagavulinComment: awww.. Chameleon parental love. You just know that child is going to go "change" into a skimpy "skin" color and go out partying right after this! Darn manipulative chameleon teenagers. |

Path to the mountby Mr TeeComment: Good leading lines, great subject and content, but the processing turns me off immediately. It's just far too noticeable for my tastes. |

Glow of Dawn follows Winter Stormby glad2badadComment: I personally really like "sunshine after a snowstorm" photos, the light is just fantastic, and things really jump out. Not the strongest composition here though, as the foreground clutter removes a lot from any strong focal point.. if we could have seen more down that road/gully/clear-cut there.. |
