Vintage Mailboxes by tyt2000Comment: Sorry I didn't do this earlier.. my mind is a wandering beast.
Congrats on the yellow my man. I didn't get to vote on this, but definitely a 9. (possibly a 10, I don't think I gave any 10s), and a great shot.
This shot would really work for Implied Lines too... |

Subliminal Morse-aging.by ArtysteComment: I think I might be one of the first.. if not *the* first.. person on DPC to ever get a comment written exclusively in morse code :)
Thank you geoffox! :)
Thank you to everyone that took the time to comment. This scored much higher than anticipated, and I'm very happy with the outcome. Subliminal messaging *does* work! (to a point. haha).

Zombieby moviemanComment: You know, if you didn't find my comment helpful, then I can't even begin to understand what exactly you were looking for.. Moose101 didn't say much different than I did, and some of the other people who commented were pretty helpful as well.
So, sorry I wasn't helpful, but at least I tried to be. This is one of the main reasons commenting is dropping off on this site.. poor sportsmanship from the people getting the comments, causing the commenters to just give up on it. |

RAGEby marboComment: I can't believe you stole the brown ribbon from me! :)
I actually gave this shot a 6.. I thought it was pretty good, if a little uneventful.. but if rage isn't a defining feature of The Hulk, I don't know what is!
Feel proud.. the brown isn't easy, especially when you're *not* trying for it. |

Defining Innocence.by parrotheadComment: Haha! I thought is was you! My favorite of the challenge. Once again, you floor me with something that *should* be hum-drum cliche by now, but in your hands remains fresh and fascinating. |

signaling my loveby nruterComment: The concept is good, definitely communicative. However, I find the photograph a bit flat and unappealing. Sort of like an afterthought, if you will.
A different angle would probably have helped this a lot.. also, the license plate is just a bit unnescessary. |

Are You an Economic Girlie-Man?by bryanbrazilComment: No idea what you're trying to say with this. A Capitol building is hardly "communication" to me. Maybe the senate floor.. or somone on the phone in their office.. or a meeting between diplomats..
Not really the place for political meanderings :) |

Secretsby avolcoffComment: This is just too much like a snapshot. out of focus, skewed composition, uninteresting crop, etc. A good idea, but a lazy execution. |

U.S. Mailby GringoComment: this is a beautiful shot, and a great use of desat. I really like the angle you've chosen, and gotten some fantastic contrast and clarity. The only problem I have with it is.. the modern tile surface ;) You needed to hitch this baby to your back and drag it to a desert or grasslands! |
