Catching the sun so low on the horizon makes this shot. the clouds look like they are painted on the sky. Very nice.

I love this concept. I wonder if it would be more effective for the challenge purposes had you used a bed of flowers instead of just a lawn. In any case, I do like it.

I like the idea of the scarecrow being your focal point but I think there might be somethign you could have done to make the photo a bit more artistic. It has too much feel of being a snapshot with no real pizzazz.

I like your title. The plants in the front are a nice bright contrast to the darker vegetation in the back as is the white of the feeder. I think maybe cropping the feeder more to the right might give the photo a more artistic feel.

I could give comments like "too dark" or "the green line (a power pole?) on the right is distracting, but I can see what you were trying to do by making the fountain the focal point (that does look pretty cool). I'm afraid the photo just doesn't appeal to me. I would rather see more of the ground than having those lights "floating" in the darkness.

I absolutely love this photo. You captured him with just the perfect expression on his face. A true "Kodak Moment". I'm not a photographer myself with expertise on lighting, focus, exposure, etc...but as a mother, I can tell you this is a keeper. Just charming.
