I expected this to do better but here are my thoughts while judging it:
She doesn't look comfortable in the glare of the full sun.
Although she's pretty and wearing make-up, her hair looks dishevelled.
The direct sunlight is too harsh.

Tips: If you buy a hairstyle magazine you will find around 500 portrait photos. This may give you inspiration for lighting and posing ideas.

Try looking for 'outdoor portrait techniques' on YouTube.
