I just love this, the way it goes against the challenge in such a bold manner. The fact thats its a well composed and shot picture too just makes it even better. One possible niggle is the position of the card, pehaps turning is anticlockwise about 10degrees would help the eye stay in the frame.

I thinks its a good idea, but composition is poor, and the full sun has caused overly bright areas on his hat and arm.

Background is a problem. You could try addind some greenery to hide the bright rocks behind.

Background is a problem, not sure how you'd fix it though.

Excellent composition, the way the bright area of sky keeps the attention in the middle of the frame is particularly good.

I feel the spade should be pointing into the pic. As it currently is, it leads the eye straight out of frame.

Nice pic. This is a drone fly, it is not a bee. Focus/sharpness is fine, but composition seems a little off. On a technical note, species identification in alot of flies is done by looking at the veins on the wing, so use shade or a polarising filter to remove the glare.
Edited to add the word not before 'a bee'

Crop the left side out to get a better composition. Sometimes I prepare the area by removing bit of grass that would spoil it, and then wait for a critter to wander into frame.

border is annoying, whole image feels like it droops on the left.

Nice composition, stone in background could be got rid of. A bit oversaturated.
