Hot Hot Hot!!! by awpollardComment: Love the colors and the frame treatment (and I hate frames, so that it a big atta-boy from me). Very nice composition. Perhaps a wider DOF to get his feet in focus as well. |

Giant Jack Day 003by jdfidoComment: Very nice shapes. I like the grainy textured proccsssing, although you got some viable jaggies on the slopes with it. I did not see the border originally till I read your comments (now I brain hurts from looking at it) |

Day 03 - Cup in washing machineby hajekaComment: I am not even going to ask what a cup is doing in the washing machine (Getting washed! Doh.) Anyway nice photo. All the relections and bokeh really make a nice effect centered around the cup as a subject. |

Jun 03 Koala.jpgby Mr_PantsComment: "Mom, Ozzie is playing with my Wii again" Love it. The fish-eye adds a surreal touch to it. |

Vincent Van Kittyby JammurComment: Ouch -- first burnt rope and now mutilated Kitty. Boy this is going to be a tough month for props. Nice background. I like the texture contrast between the fur and the bandage. |

Because I'm worth it!by overcloverComment: The gel part is cool and makes a nice pattern, shadows, etc.. Maybe a tighter crop of the left 2/3 with the same aspect ratio would have moved the main subject to the gel instead of the bottle. Just a thought. |

True Blue - Day 3by sherpetComment: Perfect framing of the background flag. I never noticed that the flag uses a 7 pointed star, whereas the US flag (my flag) uses 5 pointed stars. Good to learn something every day! The whites on the right brush might be a little too white as the sense of curved shape is lost. |

3: Wilbur Throwing a Baseballby bobnospumComment: It is funny how things work out. This photo shoot took place at one of my son's soccer games. Every time he was subbed out to the bench, I would wonder around placing the ball and the Pez in different positions and different lengths apart. I tried a bunch of apertures and even focused on Wilbur for a while and let the foreground ball be blurred. Of the 60 shots I took, over approximately a half hour of playing around, this one was the second shot taken! |

Day 3 - hot lineby ShutterPugComment: Here is another note for you:
"Note to self #2: Do not start destroying the prop till towards the end of the month!"
Just kidding. Nice freezing of the flame. I have never tried shooting fire. Does a longer shutter speed make it flow like it does with water? |
