	I Can See the Love Burning in Her Eyes So Blue... by sjhuls Comment: Wow -- not sure what to say. Great photo of the girl, with little connection to V-day till I noticed the eyes. Then I can not notice anything but the eyes which are of course totally unnatural. On the whole it does not work for me.

	Love is the poetry of the senses. ~Honoré de Balzac by IndigoButterfly Comment: Nice capture. I really like the composition and the play of DOF and colors. Not a fan of the border, as I find it a distraction to the subject. Connection to challenge seems to be a stretch as roses are the flowers typically associated with V day.

	A simple rose by hajeka Comment: Very simple and well done. Perhaps a smaller aperature to get all of the leaves in focus as well. Not sure about the border where it dips behind the leaves, as it makes it too commercial looking.

	Newport Harbor by pturek Comment: Nice reflections. The scene seems a little static to me as none of the boats really stands out from any other. Perhaps a different angle or a scene with more colorful boats would have had more punch.
