Good movement blur on the birds ... the image seems a little flat to me though, maybe some hue / sat adjustments would help ... not too chaotic or disorganised but a nice image none the less

The black and white in the image is striking, the ghostly figures are kind of too faint IMHO and I find the clock is the centre of my attention so I don't notice the blurred figures till much later. Maybe a higher angle and a closer shot of a disorganised desk would work a little better. It's a little too far away from blurriest, most chaotic and disorganized but is certainly engaging and interesting so half way there!
