Necking In The Shadowsby sajinComment: Beautiful photo of a wonderful subject. Not gonna score highly for the theme perhaps but I like this. |

Defensive Lineby NaldComment: Now this is unusual. What a great view. The huge expanse of white to the right is overpowering though, but it doesn't kill an interesting photo such as this. |

Lightwaveby owenComment: Great shot - love the translucence of the waves. Lovely. The overexpossed sun is a sacrifice, but bearable. |

Contrast of Coolby jayrodComment: Dynamic shot if a tad unoriginal. I've gotta tell ya though, Oakleys are some of the cheapest tat around - have you ever looked closely behind the stems at the cheap spray paint? Not good. They're making a mint out of some good marketing and sponsorship deals.
; )
I find I'm looking for a bit more meaning/reward in the reflection here, but I can't find anything. |

"Red Dot, meet Black Dot"by DrAchooComment: Cute title and thumbnail. Strong idea and comp. I just wish I knew exactly what was happening here. Ladybirds eat aphids but the black insect looks different and I can't see the ladybird feasting on it! |

Megalithicby nordicComment: Strong subject and lovely detail. I'd like to have seen more sky than grass though and a touch more of the left side near the shadow's tip. |

Train Yard Storiesby KaDiComment: Well textured, rustic subject yields a good opportunity for contrast in the traditional sense. The slight barrel distortion (tapering towards top) is distracting in such a squared viewpoint though and could have been adjusted. While the subject is good and the lighting is strong, I would have liked to see just one extra element of intrigue to set it off, such as a person or animal in the foreground - like someone walking a dog with a shopping bag. |
