What did that say?by gerbonationComment: Colours are bland, but the concept was quite nice - but it will suffer as an image outside of the challenge (you may grow to dislike it!). There won't be enough of interest here for most voters as it's a struggle to find a point of interest. A bit more context of the speed (ie, a pice of vehicle that's not blurred) would have helped. |

Over-grownby NukktaComment: Off-centre composition would have made this more pleasing - and I feel that I should read some humour into this, but I'm not sure where.
Perhaps, if the overgrowth/delapidation is the emphasis here, then you should have taken it closer up, viewed from the ground, and lost the distracting context of lake and houses. |

Zebra Crossingby ChiquiComment: This new stripey horse must cross the road many times a day to get its own sign. :) |

Sign Of The Timesby WarbyComment: I sympathise having dull British weather, but you've done a good job to get an interesting subject out of it. The scene is gloomily typical of our urban areas and your capture of the cop car is a nice addition of social contrast. I like this a lot. [8] |

Slippery by TechnoShroomComment: Clever idea. Looks like you set this up and it's worth doing.
I'd like to have seen the streaks continue into a vehicle in an ideal world - which you could have done if you'd parked the car at its end point for a few secs and reversed during the rest of the exposure. Could have been dangerous though. ;)
Shot is a bit skewed clockwise, but it's a fun, well observed shot. |

arrowby undieyatchComment: I really like this composition and view of texture in this way. Those cracks look like tiny road maps.
The wonky horizontal lines are slightly distracting though and I yearn for all those to be straight, but it's a good shot. |

Cloudy Corners by GringoComment: You may just find yourself with a blue appendage to this image after the deadline! Very aesthetic and, finally, a challenge shot worth hanging.
Beautiful tones and lots to look at besides the humour. Just a tiny bit more ground would have helped with a touch less sky. My only [10] |

Ocean Dumpageby unholycommunionComment: This actually has the makings of a great shot - good lighting, excellent composition. Shutter speed is too slow to prevent blurring and the dark blob at top is unnecessary. |
