Angles of Reposeby dsidwellComment: Another cracking shot from this series David. You certainly made the most of the magic hour here, and I expect this will do very nicely with the voters. Very striking and satisfying to behold.
I have only one small nit-pick ΓΆ€“ I'd love to nudge the camera down a touch just to catch more of the reflections and that horizon is just slightly skewed clockwise. Who cares ultimately though! |

Pounceby elsapoComment: Well caught, sharpened and cleaned. Lovley subject of course. It's a busy image but a rare capture - certainly of a captive tiger. |

Ask Aliceby pointandshootComment: Very other-worldly feel to this - I much like the character of the fungus. A strange choice of lighting but it makes for an intriguing image. |

Stringsby silverscreenComment: Wonderful shot - great use of light through the translucent limbs. |

The Sunbatherby muur88Comment: Yup - my kind of photography. The hard forms and light coupled with the unlikey subject make this a compelling image. I may have tried straightening the vertical distortion, to pick a nit. |

Breakdanceby prenticeComment: Excellent pan. A bit more clarity/focus on a key body part would have improved it. |

Different coloursby bogusComment: Colour is not the issue here - I just think there's just too little of interest and you'll probably suffer horribly in the voting. But that said, I do quite like the simple essence of the image in a Stephen King kind of way. This makes me feel as if the house is where someone has taken hostages, or where a crime has been committed - that distant news report/fiction book sort of shot. I hope you see what I mean! To sum up - it's more interesting thann I thought at first glance. |

Shipwreckedby h2Comment: A bit too contrasty and your subject (the ship) seems a little to uninvolved in the scene. I'm sorry to say that really don't like purple skies like this and it does nothing for your scene. I would probably have made this a black and white to deliver for more evocation of mood. |

Workdays Endby fordmanf1Comment: Interesting - I like it. The frame is way too strong for me though and I do think the subject is wanting for some other focal point - such as an object highlighted in the rays. Difficult composition too since your subject occupies only a third of the space but it's sitting off-centre. |
