Parallel Peace Chaotic Convergenceby jbeazellComment: Lovely colours and well lit subject. I like it, but wonder what it would have looked like with the top of the object cropped - it looks quite dynamic when I view it blocked out (panoramic format). I'm not sure how active the background really is. |

Parrallel Textby jpetruskaComment: Apart from your spelling of 'parallel' with its extra 'r', this is intriguing but the DOF is quite unnecessary. I would have preferred a narrow DOF on parallel lines of text running horizontally rather than focusing on one vertical white gap and another that is off-focus. |

Converseby crabappl3Comment: I like the textures and contrast in this, but I think a lower viewpoint would be better so that you don't see the surface of the steps. It would give an intersting sense of design to the shot rather than giving the game away too easily. Lovely colour - and would have been good in the Orange challenge too! |

Hunger to be heard.by shoeboxComment: Framing is great and those hollow eyes really do it for me. Well conceived and executed. Should have ribboned for its striking concept alone. |

Burning Through Timeby MickComment: This is an excellent vibe and quite skilful to achieve such clarity, exposure and definition with the lasers. I like your profile pic too. I particularly like the dodged edges of the silhouette - very nice.
I've wanted to experiment more with lightplay and light painting but I've only managed to explore some easy set-up stuff so far. |

Newspapersby lordrichComment: This was a nice approach to the challenge if only there was something - just something - in focus! You my find yourself with a brown ribbon due to that one issue I'm afraid. ;) |

the way to the gateby arbil14Comment: While technically imperfect this has a very rich quality to it. I love the colours and tones but the overexposure is a little too intense. An area of focus would be nice too to prevent the eye from struggling to find one! ;) |

American linesby s2fraserComment: While I don't particularly like the lighting of the subject, this is technically well shot with good focus and DOF. |

Get a whiff of her!by LeniceComment: Lovely shot and well captured, although your link is more through caption than image I feel. ;) |

from above by SeanachaiComment: Lovely, so this is my blue ribbon I think. Excellent capture and lighting. Image is a bit grainy. |
