Zoooomby doctornickComment: Very smart, dynamic shape across the frame. What was the scene? Looks like streets or something.
This kind of shot would look great as a massive print in a bar/restaurant. |

swans in the mistby geewhyComment: While I think the swans have been all but swallowed by the moisture(!) this has a very painterly feel to it and the colours are sumptuous. I'd love to see just a touch more of the subject referred to in the title. |

sentinelsby geewhyComment: Beautiful, beautiful job. This looks straight out of a Tim Burton film. Supremely edited and well observed in the first instance. Bang! Straight in my faves! |

Camera shyby geewhyComment: As I already mentioned Gordon, she really has such a natural look and she totally connects with the camera - which is credit to your ability to work with her anyway. In this particular shot the lighting is nicely ambient but shows plenty of form. She really seems like she's looking at the viewer and not a lens.
One point though - her left eye area looks like it's been dodged in the midtones a bit too much (apparent on my LCD screen). I'd burn it back some. |

Robinby BunglerComment: Beautiful close-up of a cute little bird. They seem so tame, bless them.
Here's one I took too:

Crossing The Lineby bongoComment: Great shot! Very displacing POV and DOF which makes one double-take. Good idea and rightfully high on the table (although looking at the winners I believe it should have been much higher still). I particularly like your use of the lights in the background - much like a car park of dock somewhere. |

Two Minute Hateby bledfordComment: Can't understand how I missed commenting on this but I think it's great. Love the colours and that big brother vibe through some nice design. |

Casual Corpseby dsa157Comment: You were robbed of your rightful position by an inferior toe-tag shot which has no detail on its tag and no 'twist'. There's no justice! : ) |
