Tears In Heavenby unicumComment: I hate the title (sorry!) but I love your shot. Very strong and memorable. You'll surely do well with this kind of thing. |

Dreamcatcherby bryanbrazilComment: Excellent photo - very disorientating, nicely composed with a superb depth of subject. |

Narrativeby BrinComment: A very strong shot with great use of available cloud interest. This makes an ordinary scene very special ΓΆ€“ the hallmarks of a natural eye. Love the finishing touch of some rich, vivid processing thanks to an already well lit original. It's a close call but I may have panned slightly left and placed the subject off-centre, losing the almost-but-not-quite-discernible mountainous feature. |

Palace Linesby shalrathComment: Good use of centering of the main subject. However, I'd rather have seen more of the interesting paving than the over processed, undramatic sky, which would have compensated for the lack of strong light. Your wide angle lens would have made the view very impactful and prevented the centred horizon. |

Glen Onoko #77by mhComment: Difficult shot to pull off (into light) but you've done well. I'd have cloned your lens flare mind. |

Peaceful flowby tomzComment: A great subject, with only rervations made for a lack of detail in the overxposed water. The light is good, but think you could have made more of it by moving across to the other bank (if there were enough interesting features). In changing the angle you would reduce the amount of light coming of the water, as it's bouncing straight into the lens like a mirror. There would also be more texture in the rocks. Still a good shot, but I bet you could make it stunning if this was shot in RAW ΓΆ€“ if so you should perhaps have spent more time bringing in multiple 'exposures' and overlaying them as in HDR composites. |
