Blatantly edited beyond necessity this has become digital art, which is unfortunate because it looks like a lovely scene. I wonder why it needed to be pushes so far? While the voters here go for the over-processed stuff some of the time, I think I'd have forsaken the quest for votes in favour of making this more appropriately 'special'.

Lovely scene. I think this would have more effective if you'd managed to get close to the water for a more dynamic viewpoint. As it is, the shot appears to be from eye level and makes it less potent. Centred comp is also a bit weak.

Very magical and powerful centering helps this to be really special. The streetlamp(?) - normally a real pain in the arse - makes the shot. It looks quite heavily treated, which I'm aware of too much and even has that NeatImage look to it.

But it's memorable and should be up there at the top.
