You gotta love the beauty an ice storm leaves and at the same time hate the distruction. Lighting and exposure here seem ok but the composition might have worked better from below putting the subject against the sky OR from higher up putting the subject against the yellow-green field. But shooting straight on leaves this too distracting for me. The eye just won't settle on anything.

I love simplicity. But I think here it would have worked better if you could have moved around a bit to give a clear sky with no tree in it and then maybe used a polarizer to deepen the blue sky. Nice subject, good focus!

I like this. A little soft, either from camera shake or poor focus, but still nice. The colors, contrast and movement of the hands are all nice.

I sometimes hate myself for being too honest, but this is too bright ( over exposed) and blurred from camera shake. Showing movement of the ducks would be great, but with a slow shutter and on a tripod. Sorry .

Very simple. Good idea. I do however like to see tall subjects in portrait mode and wide subjects in landscape. So to me, this has too much dead space on the left. A little light in contrast too.

I like it. The shallow DOF doesn't bother me at all and the soft contrast adds to the overall softness of the shot. Very nice.
