I haven't done one of these in a while, but here goes.
your shot is certainly interesting. The three things (actually 4) do go together well. You scored 59 out of 92, which isn't too bad, but here are possibly some reasons that it scored this way.
First off your title. It would have read better if it had said, Booze, Fags and Sex. In America (I am sure other places too) fag does not mean ciggie, so that right there could have knocked a point or two off for those not understanding what you meant.
Your crop is good, but everything is tilted. People don't do tilted much on here unless it is extreme. You are sharp and crisp with your shot. A little more contrast could have helped you here with the lighting , the lighting hitting your subjects is fairly flat, but you have a wonderful light going on in the background. Bringing that lighting to the front would have helped. You also have a blur of blanket in your front right corner which is distracting.
Maybe having the condom in its packages would have helped with the squeamish voters. Even though this is a set up shot, not many people can relate to smoking a ciggie after it has condom juices all over it. Does that make sense. Also, you would expect the vodka to have been drunk a little before you unwrapped the condom.
It is all about telling a story, versus setting up a scene.
