Can't see anywhere in the photo that is in focus. The eyes at least should be razor sharp. Nice shot, although I'd have prefered a less square crop. Lighting is not bad, although the onboard flash has cast an unappealing shadow under the chin. Try bouncing an offboard flash next time.

Usually not good when a background element has a line that goes through the subject's face. Colour balance looks a tad off. Bridge isn't sharp, needs a little more dof. Composition doesn't quite feel balanced.

Lovely, shame the face is a little dark... perhaps some fill-in flash could have helped. Very effective dof. Good composition.

Subject is not sharp, too many textures make point of focus uncertain and composition is unimaginative, centered subjects usually don't work too well. Shadow across face is not good.

Nice moment, but photo is not sharp, onboard flash looks terrible and has cast ugly shadows, face is cut in half by background line and face looks very splotchy due to harsh light and too much purple/red saturation.
