He Loves Me, He...by chesireComment: Would be a better composition if the frame didn't chop off at the ankles. The soft-focus really is far too sickly for my taste. Lovely light though. Square crop doesn't work for me, it needs more negative space to her right in a traditional crop. |

Captain! Captain! We have landedby tetoComment: This feels a bit too intimate to be a candid, you had to be right next to her with your camera ready. Shame it's so blurry. The light isn't great, resulting in unavoidable blown highlights and shadows under the eyes. |

Wow ......A Pennyby electrolostComment: If the border is more interesting than the photo, it's a bad border. Anyway, a fancy border can't hide the fact that there's nothing really interesting happening here. The skill with a good candid is in capturing the spirit and epxressivenes of a stranger. |

Scars of Lifeby griz210Comment: Light isn't great. Exposure a little high. I don't like that the wrist and watch has been chopped in half. The expression doesn't really pull me in to this photo. Background doesn't work well. There's some text here both on his hat and around the wrist, but you can't tell what it is. |
