MLXXXVIby bvyComment: I think you've posted a shot of her before. How many shots of this woman did you fire off as you were walking past her? |

The Ultimate Driving Machine by bassboneComment: I'll be honest and tell you I gave it one of those 4's. Not because I thought it was poor, because it is not. Normally I would have probably given it a 7. I was trying to understand the people who normally vote low on good entries and I was trying to vote on a scale of don't like<--->like instead of bad<--->good. It was an interesting experiment and I gave low and mediocre votes to some killer shots, while some lesser pics that appealed to me got higher votes. This looks exactly like an ad I would see in a glossy magazine, and also one that I would turn past without a second glance. Glad to see my experiment didn't hold it back any. I didn't think it would. |

Here comes the stormby DCrest01Comment: My eye kind of wanders around and is not sure what the subject really is. The title and composition suggests it is the clouds, but those dayglo painted boats keep pulling my eye to the right. |

Rain Rain Go Awayby vtruanComment: Nice, though I think it needs a little more tweaking to bring some more detail out of the shadows. |

Until I light up again....by DamzelComment: There is a lack of sharpness and clarity to this photo and I think most of it is due to the use of excessive JPEG compression. Your file size of only 36k indicates a highly compressed image and that is what is robbing a lot of the detail and sharpness from this image. Check your compression settings when you save your file. Always adjust JPEG compression so that your file size is as large as possible, but within the challenge limit. (150k for this one) |
