Ouch. Too bad about the DQ, but it's happened to many of us. Thanks for the notes about what was going on. I was pretty sure there was something about it I didn't understand. A variety of fast food that has never really taken hold in the US for some reason. I'm not a fan of fish, but I love the fried everything else that you can get in these places.

I also think the term "take away" makes more sense than the American term "to go".

Comes off a bit flat, though I think there is some good potential here with the right tweaks in post processing.
