Dokut is youngling of Thag. Have both eyes on same side of hed sinse 10 sun cycels. Publik remynder to younglings to not make weerd faces or will freez that way. Hunting party uses Dokut as lookout, but onlee for left syde of grupe.

Thanks for the explanation in your notes and in the forums during voting (though I could only guess which one was yours, I was right). I voted on these entries as I would have voted on any other challenge, but I left comments on every one of them explaining my vote. Sometimes the viewer won't or can't see what the photographer is trying to illustrate and such was the case here.

Not much here to entertain my eyes, I'm afraid. Perhaps there were some interesting patterns in the snow and ice you might have focused on.

Wonderful reflection. Just the reflection on it's own would have made a stronger impact on me, however. The small bit of shore at the top draws my eyes upward to the least interesting part of the image.

Not doing much for me, I'm afraid. There are a lot of distracting elements around the edges of the scene that don't add anything to the subject. Getting in closer to the pond and getting the lily pads and perhaps that tree refelction filling the frame would have been appealing to me.
