Jurodaby JudiComment: There are a few folks who do wonderful glamour photography like this, but my best offhand guess is going to be JaimeVinas. |

A Delicate Sillhouetteby FallenAngel360Comment: This is obviously from someone who has never gotten one of my infamous JPEG comments before. So, here you go...
There are a ton of compression artifacts showing around the edges of the tower. A 39k file size confirms excessive compression is what is killing the detail and clarity in this shot. Compression kills detail. Always use the least amount of compression you can get away with and still come in under the challenge limit.
Other than that it is a dramatic looking shot and I'm sure it will do decently. |

In The Style Of _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _by ikopanasComment: This needs Godzilla rising up out of the ocean to make it complete. I have no idea whose entry this is. I seem to not be familiar with as many individual styles as I thought. |

A Better Worldby yiannis723Comment: Well, I'm at least glad to see I could leave you a comment giving you some clue to why it bombed. I hate when I get low voted with no explanation of why. |

R.I.P. Art Clokeyby glad2badadComment: You got robbed. I love Gumby. I was trying to leave an in-challenge comment, but nothing appropriate came to mind. |

Postcard from a Fractured Worldby Bear_MusicComment: I'm surprised at the number of good entries that came in with a mediocre average on this challenge. I gave this a 7 and expected it to place at least mid-pack. You can never really know how the broad appeal will fall. |

Sloopy Floppyby bnileshComment: A darn good first effort. I gave it a 7, for what you did accomplish with it. I see you had the same problem I did with my first real effort, that the tank walls attracted bubbles and droplets. I had to reshoot mine, and the second time around I wiped off the glass every 3 or 4 drops. It gave me a much cleaner background and foreground. I also think the next time I will find some non-reflective, waterproof surface to place inside the back of the tank, so that I don't have to deal with reflections off the back of the tank glass. |
