Chevy Trucksby RunzamukkComment: There is a telltale grayness to this that indicates you may have tried too hard to pull in some detail from the blown highlights, and there was nothing there to pull in. It hurt the clarity of the rest of the image, however. Midday sun is a very difficult light in which to take photos, for reasons such as this. |

journeys endby cutoutComment: I'm going to hazard a guess that this might be a Posthumous entry, though there are a few other likely suspects as well. Looks like it could be the underside of a car. Maybe. Or a strange plane-like thingy. Not really sure what it is, but I don't think I was supposed to really know. I'm now thinking too hard and it hurts. |

Wait For Meby jaydavisComment: Considering the one in the back is probably a fighter, I don't think the C-17 will need to hold up much. (Or is that a paratrooper that just jumped out?) There is a blob of sensor crud toward the top of the frame that is ok to clone out under basic rules. |

1957 fire engineby mariodubeComment: I like this, though it comes across a bit on the dark side. ("Come to the darkside Luke, we have milk and fresh cookies!") |

Riding the Trainby jbratterComment: Nice capture of boredom. The blur and overly bright highlights on the right will probably hurt the voting on this. I think you effectively captured something here and though it falls short of perfection, you get a positive vote for what you did do with it. |

Coleopteraby LeoK-Comment: I have no clue what the title is referring to. "Coleoptera" sounds like some kind of hybrid helicopter. Or a misspelling of a famous Egyptian queen. |

OLD TIMER Spring catalogue page 64by kiwinickComment: Just comes off kind of flat and uninteresting, I'm afraid. It's not the fact that it's a toy. With the right lighting, and something other than Styrofoam under it, I think this would look great. |
