Careful with the slang. Fag means something else to us Yanks and it changes the meaning of the image quite a bit!

One of my faves so far. I'd like to know what you used to get this look. Other than having great light.

Nice use of HDR techniques. Obvious, but not over the top. Not immediately evident what there is 3 of. I am guessing that other than the name of the place, the 3 levels in the foreground is what makes it meet the challenge.

I like the very subtle duotone you've used.

That's a unique one. What is the wire frame hanging off of it for?

Sort of, but not exactly. Part of the problem I have with binoculars is that I used to be crosseyed and had surgery to correct it in my 20's. But the correction is not 100% and it is difficult to use something like binoculars that requires alignment of 2 close images. (I have a problem with 3D movies as well) The binocular gives an approximation of the frame.

The fact that it is only a telephoto camera makes framing a scene interesting. I was standing on the ground beneath the robot and this was what I got, as opposed what I can get at 18mm with my SLR:

I like these 50's era rangefinders. I haven't seen many that come with a lens hood.

Not pleasant to look at. Softer lighting could have helped perhaps.
