Seems very grainy and pixelated. Watch your JPEG compression. At 147k, your file size is way too small to pack in as much fine detail as this scene contains. If you had used less compression and taken up the 300k allowed, I think it would be a really good shot. As it is, I'm somewhat anal about compression and I'm afraid I can't give this a positive vote.

I really like this, but I don't think the mild tilt adds anything. Not sure an extreme one would either. I really do like this, though. Especially the fixie on the left.
