Love the tones and the reflections in the still water. The apartments and car in the background kind of hurts the scene, though. Not much you could do about that for this particular shot.

Awesome shot, but not seeing much in the way of reflections in that moving water. Reflections are not the subject, or even a major element. However, having a visually strong entry is more important to one's score than fitting everyone's interpretation of the challenge. I'm sure it will place highly, but I'm going to have to call this DNMC, in spite of what a great shot it is.
