DSC_0908by spiritualspatulaComment: Lines in the sky? You may be seeing some minor banding. I frequently have that is smooth graduated skies like this. I can't see them on the monitor I am currently using, however. I'll have another look on a different monitor later.
Looks like a heck of a trip!

Toriby NeilComment: And I thought my 10mm gave some exaggerated faces! Goofy faces IS something I would do with a fisheye! |

Vitruvian Boyby PaulComment: 1000x? No wonder the puny 10x filter I own does not do much. |

Little Twirling Ballerinaby dahlinComment: The motion blur gives this the impression of a distant memory, recalled decades later.
I agree that it would have gotten killed in a challenge because of the blurred tree. The motion blurred girl, however, is wonderful. Oh, and the topic for the week was "people", not "portraits", so this suits perfectly.

Serviceby LandzEncaComment: Thanks for the explanation of both the religious aspects and the PP. I haven't been able to get much use out of infoucus yet. Maybe I am using the wrong adjustments, but all it seems to do for me is to create artifacts. I'll give your technique a try on some of my other shots in the side challenge. I should have plenty where the image was softer than I would like from when I had the older version kit lens. Message edited by author 2011-02-10 08:50:15. |

Grand Entranceby NeilComment: Makes for a unique wedding shot. I'm not usually a fan of fisheye, but it works well for this scene. |

Serviceby LandzEncaComment: Very nice. What is the significance of the joss sticks? They appear to be what I would call incense sticks. |
