Deducting pointage for Japanese parts on an Italian frame. Unless it's actually a Japanese made Bianchi frame. Then you get extra points for being ironic and all matchy-matchy. Campy parts on a Japanese frame would get a 10 for the improvement. But last I knew, Suntour isn't an Italian make. Or rather, WASN'T, since they went out of business quite a few years back.

This brings to mind my younger daughter learning to ride a bike. The first time she rolled across the tennis courts on her own, then fell on her hands like this and it didn't hurt. She was too excited over what she's just done. She jumped up, pumping her fists up and down shouting "I DID IT, I DID IT!!!" Extra pointage for the blast from the past.
