Fence & Vineby NikonJebComment: Lovely icicles. The horizon seems a bit too centered. I have run into the same with shots like this. A low perspective against the sky or a higher one against the field may have worked better. Perhaps a close up would have impact. Lots of potential here. |

restby kolasiComment: A bit dim, but I suspect brightening it up anymore would show too much noise in the image. I like the subject and composition, but would love to have been able to see more detail and the texture in this. |

Primevalby MichaelDJComment: I take the title to refer to Java-man? It fits the challenge, but I find the contents of the mug a little yucky rather than being beautiful imperfections. |

Golden rays on Blue sky Welcoming Bright morningby Manish713Comment: It's a beautiful everyday scene, (depending on where you live. My sunrises usually reflect off of office buildings. I don't see wear and imperfections that would make it fit the description of Wabi-Sabi.
A nice shot, however. I like the mist in the valley. Very calm looking. |

Broke in just right.by littlegettComment: Fits the challenge theme just right. Effective use of b/w to show the wear in these. I like the use of the stones for a framing element. |

Can you read love?by margetts91Comment: The book might be considered Wabi-Sabi, but the subject really is the ring and the heart shaped shadow it casts. Good composition, lighting, and it conveys a message. It's a good image, even if it seems like a shoehorn to me. |

Cool Blueby PoobaComment: It's everyday, but I don't see beautiful imperfections that would make it fit the description of Wabi-Sabi. Looks like vents on a computer tower?
Good lighting comp, and color, though it does not wow me. Perhaps some sharpening. Maybe. |

Web of Pearls by eyeduphotosComment: I think a spider web is the definitive item that is perfect because of it's imperfections. The focus on those central drops is spot on sharp, and the comp is great. Very very nice. Adding this to my faves. |
